The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on knowledge of *Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and working with platforms like Fiverr for outsourced tasks.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)Set up and monitor ad accounts, pixels, catalogs, and tracking systemsManage and maintain Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager dashboardsCoordinate with Fiverr professionals for tasks like creative design, copywriting, and web fixesTrack campaign performance, generate weekly reports, and suggest improvementsImplement basic SEO practices (on-page and off-page) in coordination with the content/web teamStay updated with platform updates, best practices, and emerging toolsRequirements:2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital campaign managementStrong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platformsAbility to work with freelance platforms (Fiverr/Upwork) for creative and execution tasksKnowledge of SEO basics, Google Analytics, and ad performance trackingExcellent communication, reporting, and time management skills
