This is a work-from-home opportunity and candidates must be comfortable working in different shifts (US, UK, Canada, Mexico, India etc.).Key Requirements:✅ Minimum 3 years of training experience (mandatory) – Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.✅ Strong English fluency – both spoken and written.✅ Ability to design and deliver training programs using PowerPoint, PDF and other digital tools.✅ Must have your own laptop and a stable internet connection.✅ Experience in virtual training and using online learning platforms is a plus.✅ Strong communication, presentation and engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver training sessions based on client requirements.Design structured training materials (PPTs, PDFs, modules, etc.).Conduct interactive online training sessions for Indian & International audiences.Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.Adapt training content for different time zones and learning styles.This is a remote, contract-based role, ideal for trainers who are flexible with shifts and have a passion for teaching.
