No-Cold Calling. Explain our 1-on-1 Style Consultation—show how it meets their exact needs.Handle questions and objections (price, time, results).Close the sale & Update CRM / Google Sheets with notes, status, and follow-ups the same day.Share feedback with the marketing team so scripts and offers keep getting better.Targets (KPIs)Close rate n warm leads ≥ 30 %Average response time (during shift) ≤ 2 minutesMust‑Haves1 yr+ phone sales—ed‑tech, D2C, or banking welcome.Fluent Hindi + English.Own Android/iPhone + laptop + stable broadband.Interest in fashion, beauty, or self-improvement.Able to work 5.5 days, 11 AM‑7 PM IST (peak query hours).Compensation & Incentives Fixed salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience).Incentives: Uncapped commission on every consultation you close.Training: Product knowledge, proven scripts, and weekly coaching.Growth path: Senior Consultant → Team Lead → Sales Manager.Work SetupMonday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays off each month.All Indian public holidays observed.Fully remote for out-station hiresHow to ApplyKindly fill out this form
