Job Role: Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Sarjapura, BangaloreJob Responsibilities:Communication & Lead GenerationDevelop and maintain the organisation's identity across all communication platforms.Support initiatives for RWA outreach, collaborations, and corporate partnerships.Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and outreach.Coordinate with Head Office (HO) marketing team to execute marketing campaigns to attract prospective parents.Social Media & Digital MarketingRegularly share engaging marketing content with the Head Office (HO) marketing team, highlighting school activities and accomplishments.Strengthen parent engagement by enhancing the school’s presence on social media platforms.Content Creation & Collateral DevelopmentDesign marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, banners, and email campaigns as and when required.To create engaging video content and gather testimonials that showcase the school’s culture and achievements.Event Management & PromotionsPromote key school events, including annual functions, student showcases, and academic milestones.Liaise with media outlets to secure coverage, issue press releases, and enhance public visibility.ReportingIdentify and report on opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and support overall school operations.Provide insights and feedback to enhance marketing strategies based on performance data and market trends.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.A postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing is preferred.Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or SEO (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are an added advantage.2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector, service industry, or a customer-facing role.Key Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of branding, advertising, and public relations.
