This role is integral to driving customer engagement, managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting overall sales growth. You will play a key role in both customer service (via emails mainly) and sales management, ensuring a seamless experience for our wholesale partners and retail customers.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day customer communications and inquiries with professionalism through emails.Manage and execute email marketing and social media campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement.Design marketing banners, illustrations, and visual content using Photoshop or similar tools, specifically tailored to the fashion industry.Support sales activities, client onboarding, and provide product training as required.Assist in developing and managing sales strategies to meet company goals.Qualifications & SkillsStrong communication and customer service skills (Australian Customer Base).Experience with email marketing platforms and social media marketing strategies.Proficiency in banner designing, fashion illustration, and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent).Previous experience in marketing or sales roles, ideally within the fashion or wholesale sector.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
