Job Description : Manage and support Citrix NetScaler (ADC) appliances in a high-availability production environment.Configure and maintain load balancing policies, SSL offloading, GSLB, content switching, and traffic management.Monitor performance, availability, and capacity of load balancers and associated services.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application delivery, network latency, and connectivity.Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure optimal delivery of services.Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and configuration backups.Implement and maintain security policies, including SSL certificates, authentication mechanisms, and access controls.Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during planned maintenance windows or critical incidents. Required Skills & Qualifications:5–8 years of hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC.Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, and network routing.Experience with GSLB, HA configurations, SSL certificate management, and traffic policies.Familiarity with network monitoring tools and packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark).Experience working in enterprise environments with change management and incident response processes.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:Citrix Certified Associate/Professional – Networking (CCA-N / CCP-N).Experience with F5, A10, or other load balancing technologies.Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and monitoring.Exposure to cloud-based load balancing (AWS ELB, Azure Application Gateway) is a plus.
