Implementation Engineer (Data Analyst)(Immediate or max 45 days Joining Period)As an Implementation Engineer, you will develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and use this to perform a range of in-house technical tasks which configure and optimise solutions for individual customers. This will involve:remotely configuring sensors to deliver optimal coverage and performance aggregating sensor data to visualise the real-world and analysing this to understand passenger movement patterns, queues, flows and predictionsmaking implementation decisions specific to the customers environmentconfiguring our platforms filtering engine, reports and dashboardsvalidating the resulting metrics & visualisationsThis role provides the opportunity to utilise and develop both technology and product skills along with data analyst skills.Responsibilities:Generate solution installation specifications based on proposals and product informationImplementation of our client’s products and solutionsPerform factory acceptance testing and support user acceptance testingTechnical documentation for deployed solutions and user documentationWorking effectively with other product team members located in different countries to support product solutionsMaintain task estimates, status and progress for your work in the teams task management toolsExperience / Qualification: BE / BTech Degree or Equivalent level of experience4-7 years’ experience in a similar role.
