Here’s the deal:We’re hiring a smart, driven Amazon Brand Manager to lead ad campaigns for multiple brands. If you're obsessed with performance, thrive on ownership, and know how to make Amazon work hard, let’s talk.What You Will Be DoingOwn marketplace strategy: Drive end-to-end growth plans for each region—identify market-specific opportunities, launch new geographies, and constantly push for better performance across Amazon US & EU and emerging marketplaces like Be the main point of contact for clients—proactive, clear, and strategic: Own client communication across accounts. Lead performance reviews, provide strategic updates, and act as the go-to expert for all marketplace-related decisions.Lead PPC (Sponsored Ads, DSP): optimise for ROI, not vanity. Manage and scale paid campaigns that convert. You’ll be responsible for smart budget allocation, ongoing bid optimisations, and creative testing to maximise efficiency and revenue across Amazon’s ad ecosystem.Manage content optimisation (SEO, listings, A+ content) with premium brand alignment: Ensure every listing tells the right story—optimised for search, built to convert, and visually aligned with a premium brand experience. Titles, bullets, images, video, A+—you oversee it all.Keep operations tight—inventory forecasting, compliance, algorithm shifts: Work closely with planning and ops to prevent stockouts and overstock. Stay ahead of platform policy changes and algorithm updates to keep listings active, ranked, and compliant at all times.Work cross-functionally with creatives, ops, and brand teams: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketplace activity with broader brand goals. You’ll help translate performance insights into creative direction, ops planning, and campaign strategy.Protect brand presence, manage reviews, and block unauthorised sellers: Monitor ratings, customer feedback, and seller activity to safeguard brand equity. Proactively flag counterfeit listings and enforce brand standards to maintain a premium presence across all platforms.Requirements5+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplaces, with a strong understanding of Seller Central. Vendor Central experience will be strongly preferred.Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP) and performance marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar marketplace revenue streams.Knowledge of marketplace SEO, algorithm changes, and content optimisation strategies.Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Passion for premium brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences.If you’re ready to turn Amazon marketing into a performance-driven craft and thrive in a high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.
