The analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This role comes with the potential to grow and further develop your Salesforce career into a Salesforce Solution Architect.ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionAnalyze business rules & process with the business stakeholders to refine requirements and make recommendationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data models, workflows, process diagrams, and user stories.Work closely with developers and administrators to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration tasks.Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality of Salesforce solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.Provide ongoing support and training to end users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges, and delivering user training sessions.Continuously evaluate and recommend opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and enhanced functionality within the Salesforce platform.Provide innovative and creative solutions to meet requirements including design and configurationCollaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirementsBe responsible for the management of all Asia Pacific user stories to ensure they are delivered based on business prioritizationParticipate in UAT, developing test scenarios, bug reporting and issue investigation Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirementsWork closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice design and implementation of the Salesforce systemRequirements An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environmentAbility to interpret user business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Hands on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflows, flows, validation rules, and security controlsProven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologiesAbility to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environmentDemonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job doneDrive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill setsAttributesMust be a detail-oriented individual Must be focused on each detail of requirement and acceptance criteria to ensure it can be delivered and all details have been thought through.Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of salesforce when solving business problemsMust possess strong analytical, organizational and product management skillsStrong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skillsOtherProactively review processes to innovate and continuously improve the devops processes and workplace experiencePerforms other duties as requested by your direct managerProvides relief services during leave and overload periods1.5.
