We are seeking a skilled or willing to be trained for a Passador (Meat Carver) to join at a 5 Star Hotel in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate understands the Brazilian churrascaria culture, passionate about hospitality, knows in carving and presenting various cuts of meat, and dedicated to delivering impeccable service to the guests.Key Responsibilities:•Carve and serve high-quality grilled meats tableside in authentic churrascaria style.•Ensure portions are served accurately, attractively, and hygienically.•Engage warmly with guests, explain different cuts, and respond to preferences.•Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the carving stations and tools.•Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meat is cooked to optimal temperatures.•Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.Requirements:•Prior experience as a Passador or Meat Carver is a plus.•Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and cooking methods (especially Brazilian or steakhouse style).•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.•Professional grooming and demeanor.•Ability to stand for long periods and handle carving tools safely and skillfully.•Passion for guest satisfaction and teamwork.Salary Package:•AED 1450 (USD 400)•Language Allowance: AED 210 (for Portuguese Speaker)•Service Charge & tips•Accommodation provided•Joining ticket, Visa, health insurance are all provided•Other benefits
