As a Sourcing Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will involve supplier evaluation, supplier development, supplier quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain management. You will work closely with the supplier network and ensure high-quality sourcing services for our global clients.QualificationsStrong skills in supplier evaluation, supplier development, and supplier quality assuranceExperience in procurement and supply chain managementKnowledge of manufacturing processes and materialsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsVisit suppliers and qualify them and on-board themPrepare RFQs, select suppliers, procure samples, manage operations, logistic and complete product life cycleAttention to detail and ability to analyze supplier capabilitiesAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyProficiency in relevant software and tools like Solidworks, AutoCAD.Strong Quality backgroundBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldSalary based on skills and experience and as per industry standardsflexible work hours and work visit compansations
