Job Description

Responsibilities:Sales, Offline Marketing & Business Development:• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the event management and related industries.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our AV equipment and services.• Negotiate pricing and service agreements to close deals and maximize revenue.• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.• Develop partnerships with event planners, hotels, banquet halls, and corporate event organizers to expand the business network.• Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and business cards at industry events.• Plan and execute local advertising campaigns, sponsorships, and business collaborations to drive offline visibility.• Conduct market research to identify new offline marketing opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.Client Portfolio Management:• Relevant experience in handling High Net Worth Clients (HNI).• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.• Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM or other relevant systems.Sales Reporting & Analysis:• Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.• Contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities.
