Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer - SPM SpecialistLocation: India (100% Remote)Experience Level: 12+ YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with specialized expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to lead and support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of SPM modules and extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Center to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.Lead or contribute to the implementation and enhancement of SPM modules, including:Project Portfolio Management (PPM)Demand and Resource ManagementStrategic Planning Workspace and Planning ItemsFinancial PlanningGoals and OKRsExtend and maintain core functionality across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Center.Design and implement custom solutions using:Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/ActionsFlow Designer workflowsIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs; ensure data accuracy and synchronization.Support platform governance, configuration management, and performance optimization.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (configurations, workflows, procedures).Collaborate in Agile/SAFe development environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in SPM (formerly ITBM).Strong technical proficiency in:JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow DesignerSPM modules: Demand, Project, Program, Agile, Financial PlanningITSM and ITOM modulesExperience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models.Solid understanding of Employee Center for user experience design.Proven end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.ServiceNow CSA certification is required; SPM/PPM certification preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with:Performance AnalyticsService Portal or Employee Center ProCustom application developmentIntegration with Azure DevOpsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior developers.
