In this role we’re looking for data-driven, detail-oriented PLA Account Managers to manage a portfolio of 30-40 accounts advertising on Noon Minutes’ Product Listing Ads (PLA) platform. The role is focused on scaling ad spends per brand, identifying untapped opportunities, and ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns through structured engagement. Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for assigned PLA accounts Review brand performance weekly and identify levers to increase ad spends while maintaining efficiency Drive account growth through better targeting, SKU coverage, bid strategies, and budget allocation Identify low-performing areas (e.g., daily budget exhaustion, missing keywords, unlisted SKUs) Recommend bid adjustments, campaign structure fixes, and product inclusions Monitor DRR, ROAS, CTR, and keyword-level performance metrics Conduct monthly reviews with each brand to showcase performance, gaps, and optimizations Educate brands on PLA best practices (auto vs manual campaigns, CPC bidding, SOV) Ensure adoption of new platform features and targeting strategies Work closely with Ads, Commercial, and Finance teams to solve any operational issues Flag systemic blockers to the product team and help test new features Resolve campaign setup issues, PO/BO queries, billing questions etc. Be responsive on WhatsApp/email to provide hands-on support to brands daily What you'll need: 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC / performance marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills – able to interpret performance dashboards and act on insights Comfortable with Excel, campaign management tools, and ad platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Prior experience with marketplaces, quick commerce, or FMCG is a plus Arabic language proficiency is a bonus Who will excel?
