Position:  Sales & Marketing Executive Industry:  Pharmaceutical Wholesale & Distribution Location:  Bhubaneswar & Cuttack Employment Type:  Full-Time Experience Required:  1–4 years (Pharmaceutical background preferred) Key Responsibilities: Promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, and retail pharmacies Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation and regular follow-ups Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stockists, chemists, and healthcare professionals Coordinate with the purchase and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Gather and report market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies Ensure timely payment collections and address customer queries efficiently Maintain accurate records of field visits, client interactions, and sales reports Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of pharmaceutical product segments (e.g., Generic, Ethical) Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset Familiarity with local market geography and customer base Computer proficiency (MS Excel, email, etc.) Openings are available in both Bhubaneswar and Cuttack; location preference may be considered based on availability Should be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, market dynamics, and customer requirements Salary & Benefits: Salary:  ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & negotiable) Additional incentives based on performance may be offered
