Company Description We have retained by subsidiary of an MNC to recruit seasoned resource having experience in Payroll processing, based out of their India HO at New Delhi . Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Payroll located in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for handling and managing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, reconciling payroll accounts, preparing reports, and collaborating with HR and other departments. Additional responsibilities are assisting in MIS for Finance & Accounts. Qualifications Payroll Processing and Payroll Management skills Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance Proficiency in Payroll Software and HRIS Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in handling employee queries and resolving issues Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in a similar role is a plus
