Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Company: Shras Lifestyle Private Limited (Scarlett Cosmetics) Salary: 3.0LPA to 4.5LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing. This role requires a solid understanding of digital tools, analytics, and campaign strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising (PPC) Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.). Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and insights. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic visibility. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits. Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure. Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations. Email Marketing Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, promotional emails). Segment email lists based on user behavior and engagement. Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Manage and maintain email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other marketing tools. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting. Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Shopify). Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
