Prior experience with Alif systems, specifically Prism and Star software, will be an added advantage.RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks. Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Support employee relations activities by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally and confidentially. Assist with HR compliance activities and documentation. Prepare various HR reports, letters, and documentation as required. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
