Job description 1. Financial & Credit Analysis:Performin-depth financial statement analysis(balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow) to evaluate the companys creditworthiness. Conductratio analysis(liquidity, leverage, profitability, efficiency, and coverage ratios) to assess financial health. Analyzefunding requirements, debt repayment capacity, and working capital needs. Assesscollateral strength and covenant compliancefor secured and unsecured funding. 2. Funding Proposal Preparation & Presentation:Preparefunding proposals, credit reports, and investor presentationsfor banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Structureloan and investment proposalsaligning with the companys financial goals. Present financial insights and funding strategies tosenior management, lenders, and investors. Collaborate with banks and financial institutions tonegotiate interest rates, loan terms, and funding structures. 3. Risk Assessment & Compliance:Identifyfinancial risksand suggest mitigation strategies. Monitordebt servicing, cash flow projections, and funding utilization. Ensure compliance withbanking regulations, RBI norms, and investment policies. Trackindustry trends and macroeconomic factorsimpacting funding decisions. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely withfinance, treasury, audit, and legal teamsto align funding strategies. Assist in due diligence and financial modeling for potential investments. Support negotiations forcredit lines, working capital loans, and structured finance deals.
