Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identifying Hiring Needs: Understand Staff Requirements and develop job description and specification accordinglySourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards , social media , professional networks, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates. Screening and interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre- screening interviews , and coordinate interviews with HODs and manager. Evaluate candidates qualifications, skills and fit for the role. Selection and Offer Management: Facilitate the selection process including reference checks and backgrounds screenings, Extend offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed. Onboarding Support & Induction: Handle onboarding process of new Joiner include all paper work , formalities at the time of joining. Provide necessary information and support to help new employees acclimate to their roles and the organization. MIS & Reporting: Maintain a proper MIS of recruitment and reporting to senior about the closures and new requirements of management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualification: MBA in Human Resources , Business Administration or related field.Having a good knowledge of Technical Hirings like Production , quality engineers .Proven experience in recruitment in manufacturing industry or similar will be advantage. Good Knowledge of MS Office ( Word , Excel , Power point)
