Our Salesforce system plays a central role in tracking scholars, processing applications, managing disbursements, and ensuring compliance. You will be transforming lives of students financially and will get a huge satisfaction out of it Position: Salesforce Developer & AdministratorType: Temporary – Contract -Prefer Full time (Minimum 25 hours per week needed) – 25-40 hours per weekLocation: Remote / Chennai (Highly preferred)Start Date: ImmediateDuration: 3-4 MonthsRemuneration : Rs. 40,000 - 45,000 per month (for full time – 40 hours a week) – If less hours, then it will be calculated accordingly (Rs. 40,000 - 45,000 INR) Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer & Administrator to support enhancements, reporting, automation, and data integrity in our existing Salesforce environment. This is a short-term role to address current technical backlogs, assist in process improvements, and ensure optimal usage of the Salesforce platform for program and scholarship management. Key Responsibilities:Administration Tasks:Manage user accounts, roles, and permissionsConfigure page layouts, custom fields, record types, and workflowsPerform data uploads, cleanup, and deduplication using tools like Data LoaderSet up reports and dashboards for program and finance teamsEnsure platform security, backups, and data integrityMonitor user activity and troubleshoot access issuesDevelopment Tasks:Customize and extend existing objects, triggers, and automationDevelop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components (if applicable)Work with flows, process builders, and other declarative toolsIntegrate Salesforce with Google Sheets, email notifications, and external systems as requiredTroubleshoot and resolve bugs in existing functionalities Collaboration & Support:Work closely with Program, Operations, and Finance teams to understand workflow needsParticipate in requirement gathering and translate them into technical solutionsDocument solutions and changes implementedTrain users on new features or updated workflows (as needed)Required Skills & Experience:2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/AdministratorSalesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201) – preferredProficient in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and LightningStrong understanding of Salesforce standard objects and platform capabilitiesExperience working with non-profit data models or NPSP is a plusStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilities How to Apply:Application will be considered only if the following form is filled (will take about 20 min) – We are looking to fill this position very soon- so fill the form ASAP Please apply only if you are serious about pursuing this opportunity
