Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Continental Exporters in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of properties, handling tenant concerns, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring landlord-tenant relationships are positive and productive. QualificationsProperty Management, Real Estate, and Facility Management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of leasing laws and regulationsExperience in tenant relations and conflict resolutionCoordinate with auditors to ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial returns.Oversee and manage all site development activities related to plot development.Utilize Tally software for efficient financial data management and reporting.Strong organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, , BSc, B.E.E or related fieldPrevious experience in property management is a plus
