Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer.We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our agile delivery team. In this role, you will help build scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications that enhance customer experience and meet client solution requirements. You'll play a key part in translating business needs into technical solutions using the full range of Salesforce platform capabilities. This position also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specificationsDesign and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance Apex and Lightning componentsBuild and maintain secure, high-quality code that aligns with Salesforce best practicesWrite and maintain test classes ensuring at least 80% code coverageTroubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring solutions meet requirementsManage deployments and ensure production stabilityPerform routine administration tasks such as user management, role/profile setup, security, and report/dashboard creationCustomize Salesforce features, including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and optimize existing Salesforce processesStay updated with Salesforce ecosystem trends, tools, and best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL)Proficiency with Git, source control tools, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with DevOps and pull request workflowsStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), and/or Field ServiceExperience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Jest unit testingSolid understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSSExperience using Salesforce CLI and working with metadataStrong problem-solving skills and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA team player who is collaborative and eager to share knowledgeBonus Skills:Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer I/IIExperience with Mulesoft or other integration platformsKnowledge of CumulusCI and Salesforce automation toolingExperience with Oracle or SQL ServerFamiliarity with marketing automation and campaign management toolsAbout Diabsolut:We offer innovative Field Service, Salesforce and FinancialForce solutions to address the business needs of organizations across a wide range of industries.
