We are focused on scaling financial access globally through cutting-edge, decentralized technologies.As we expand our merchant and enterprise ecosystem, we are looking for a strategic and driven Partnerships Manager (Fintech/Web3) to build and grow alliances with payment providers, fintech platforms, Web3 projects, and enterprise clients.Position SummaryWe’re seeking a highly motivated B2B Partnerships Manager (Fintech/Web3) who will lead our business development and partnership initiatives with enterprises, Web3 projects, aggregators, and merchant networks. You’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing high-impact deals that accelerate the adoption of the bepay platform and expand our market presence. This is a strategic, external-facing role that requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both fintech and Web3 landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop high-value B2B partnerships in fintech, crypto, payments, and merchant ecosystemsBuild and manage a pipeline of potential partners, from first contact to deal closureStructure partnership models (revenue sharing, co-marketing, integrations, etc.) tailored to business goalsResearch industry trends and align partnership strategy with product roadmapCollaborate closely with product, legal, and technical teams to drive integration and onboardingRepresent bepay in external meetings, events, conferences, and virtual demosCreate compelling partnership pitches, decks, and proposals to communicate value effectivelyNurture long-term relationships and co-develop go-to-market strategies with key partnersCollect partner feedback and ensure continuous improvement of integrations and processesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, strategic alliances, or business developmentProven track record of closing partnerships in fintech, Web3 or payments Strong understanding of Web3/blockchain ecosystem, particularly wallets, stablecoins, and APIsExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working with technical and product teams to scope integrationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, global, and remote startup environmentDeep interest in decentralized finance, digital payments, and emerging techPreferred QualificationsExperience working with crypto-native businesses, fintech or Web3Familiarity with legal/BD processes around MoUs, commercial terms, and integrationsNetwork of fintech/crypto ecosystem partners, aggregators, or institutional contactsExperience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage partner pipelinesExposure to B2B enterprise sales or channel partnerships in growth-stage startupsApplication InstructionsTo apply, please submit your resume and a short note describing your B2B partnership experience and relevant deal highlights to
