Join a fast-paced, founder-led ecosystem where hustle meets strategy.Our client, an innovative US-based healthcare fund with multiple revenue-generating portfolio companies in the musculoskeletal (MSK) and orthopedics space, is seeking a Head of Growth & Revenue. This role goes beyond leadership—it's for those who roll up their sleeves, drive B2B sales, scale commercial functions, and directly impact topline outcomes across portfolio startups.What You’ll DoTake ownership of revenue and commercial outcomes for multiple HealthTech startupsDevelop and execute scalable sales and growth strategies (B2B/B2G), especially in the US healthcare ecosystemDeep-dive into US medical device and surgical services markets (ideally MSK/orthopedic), building direct business relationshipsManage CRM and pipeline, coach sales reps, and drive customer conversion strategiesWork closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to refine GTM and monetization modelsRepresent the portfolio externally to customers, partners, and at key industry forumsWhat You Bring7–12 years of experience in sales, growth, or revenue roles, ideally in US healthcare, medtech, HealthTech, or startupsProven experience managing the full commercial funnel, from lead gen to closures and partnershipsPrior exposure to US healthcare regulations, buyer psychology, and payer-provider dynamicsHigh ownership mindset with execution-first attitudeStrong communication and analytical skills – ready to work closely with US-based stakeholdersWhy JoinWork with a visionary founder network reshaping orthopedic healthcareLead high-impact initiatives across multiple funded venturesOperate in a flat, agile, and founder-driven setup—zero bureaucracy, full trustFlexible work model with a strong preference for India-based talent comfortable working US hours
