Job Title: Customer Account Executive (Remote - Work from Home)Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Customer Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing their accounts, and identifying upselling opportunities for our range of printing solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a keen sense of sales and customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Provide proactive support and assistance to existing clients, addressing inquiries, managing requests, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their printing needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing customers, such as customized printing products, special offers, or new services.Order Processing: Guide customers through the order process, ensuring all requirements are understood and the orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns and complaints, finding effective solutions to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide regular reports on account activities, upsell conversions, and performance metrics.Key Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably in the printing or e-commerce industry.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers.Sales Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.Customer-Centric: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, order management systems, and communication tools (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing).Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively.Technical Requirements: Candidate must have access to a laptop/desktop and reliable Wi-Fi for remote work.Additional Requirements:Must be available to work in the designated shift hours (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM).Comfortable working remotely and independently.Positive attitude with a customer-first mentality.Benefits:Work from home flexibility.Competitive salary.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Access to a dynamic and supportive team environment.About the Company:Printyo Australia is a leading provider of customized printing solutions, delivering high-quality print services for businesses and individuals across various industries.
