Job Title: Content CreatorKey Responsibilities:* Create and schedule 3 high-quality social media posts per day, using a mix of:o Reels (30s & 60s)o Images and videoso Informative/educational content tailored to weddings and corporate events* Edit reels from performance videos and Dropbox-sourced content, making them visually engaging and compact* Write captivating captions with relevant hashtags and CTAs to boost reach and lead generation* Track content engagement and analyze performance metrics monthly* Collaborate to create ad-style posts that include calls-to-action designed to drive bookings* Keep up with trends, especially in short-form content and Instagram Reels* Ensure brand consistency and audience alignment in all visual and written contentRequirements:* 1–2 years of experience as a content creator, video editor, or social media manager* Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools* Strong command of Instagram Reels and visual storytelling* Excellent copywriting for captions, hooks, and call-to-actions* Organized and able to manage a daily content calendar* Comfortable working with Dropbox and coordinating remotely* Interest or experience in the wedding/events industry is a major assetUS-ShiftSAL20-23k(4 hours)
