The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting for roles in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and other LATAM regions. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential for this role. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across LATAM countries.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and LATAM markets.Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs.Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal database).Conduct screening calls and interviews in Portuguese / Spanish / English as needed.Coordinate and manage interview schedules across multiple time zones.Build and maintain a pipeline of strong LATAM candidates for recurring hiring needs.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.Stay updated on local hiring practices and employment regulations in LATAM markets.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in international recruiting, specifically for LATAM markets.Strong knowledge of recruiting for Brazil, Mexico, Argentina roles and industries.Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish (written and verbal).Strong understanding of cultural and business nuances in the LATAM region.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
