This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless after-sales support and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and brand positioning.Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.Technical Service & SupportOversee installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of medical devices.Provide hands-on technical support to resolve product-related issues efficiently.Develop and implement service strategies to minimize downtime and enhance performance.Train end-users and clinical staff on device usage and troubleshooting procedures.Maintain service logs, warranties, and compliance documentation as per regulatory standards.Requirements:Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA is a plus.Experience: Minimum 2 years in medical device sales and/or technical service. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing service operations.In-depth knowledge of invitro diagnostics and transfusion medicine medical equipment Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Willingness to travel extensively.
