Role & responsibilities Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll management, compliance management, manpower management, HR operations, bulk hiring, and HR generalist activities.Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee productivity.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates on policies.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop organizational goals and objectives.She will be the Head of Department and Single Window Solution with the help of teamPreferred candidate profile If She has Strong expertise in Payroll Management (Payroll Software), Recruitment Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, Compliance Management, Manpower Management, HR Operations, Bulk Hiring.If she is from Service IndustryIf she have handled more than 1000+ employee strengths If she have knowledge of multistate Labors Laws and compliances including NAPS/NATSIf she is having good command over HR Payroll Software/Mobile AppIf she has handled Bulk Salary ProcessingIf she has handled Bulk Hiring If she is good in High Volume Communication and Digital Handling (Mails and Whats App)
