What will you be doing as a Sr. Security & GRC Consultant @ Delaware India? As a Senior SAP Security Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining SAP systems of our SAP clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of SAP applications and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions, provide expert guidance, and contribute to the growth of our SAP practice.As a member of our global technical team, you will play a crucial role in solutioning, conducting assessments, participating in design workshops, reviewing, and documenting specifications, and development and delivery of across multiple platforms.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to continuously enhance your skills by staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that you can provide the most innovative and effective solutions to our clients. We are looking for following skills in our new colleague. · Candidate must have minimum 8+ years of solid SAP Security design, implementation, and support with a primary focus area in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, SAP GRC AC.· Experience in all SAP Security related tasks including Role design, testing, auditing, generation of security roles and profiles, user account management, supporting, and troubleshooting SAP Security solutions in all SAP Systems.· Implementing end to end cycle and Supporting GO-LIVE and Cutover Activities in the GRC Implementation of projects. · Implementation exposure and good understanding of MSMP Workflows and BRF+ rules.· Experience in creating S4 HANA Fiori Catalogs, spaces and pages.· Managing Overall client delivery for SAP Security and GRC environment for onshore/Offshore teams. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.· Experience in mentoring, managing small teams and troubleshooting their issues.· Strong analytical skills to gather customer requirements and propose solutions.
