Client is a fast-growing healthcare delivery company that is transforming how healthcare is delivered to employees across the globe.Qualifications: 7+ yrs experience post MDSummary:The Medical Director will provide strategic direction and leadership for the hospital, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities. This is a P&L role, and the Medical Director will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospital administration and a proven track record of leading healthcare organizations.Responsibilities:● Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.● Work with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.● Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute long-term plans for the hospital, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities.● Recruit, develop, and retain clinical talent to provide the best care to patients.● Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, policies, and procedures.● Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and community organizations.● Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and the administration to promote effective communication and teamwork.● Participate in community outreach programs to promote the hospital, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities.● Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirement :● Medical degree with training in hospital administration.● Post-graduate qualifications in PMR (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) desirable but not mandatory.● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a hospital or healthcare organization.● Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical and administrative staff, physicians, and community stakeholders.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.● Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards and requirements.
