Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales – Business Development Manager with proven experience in pharma/life sciences sales, specifically within Regulatory Affairs and/or Pharmacovigilance domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue growth through virtual engagement with pharma, biotech, and medical device clients globally.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and engage pharmaceutical and life sciences companies for Regulatory or PV servicesGenerate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and industry databasesQualify inbound and outbound leads, nurture them, and convert to opportunitiesUnderstand client requirements in RA or PV and position the company's offerings effectivelySchedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos with the delivery/pre-sales teamsMaintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for campaign execution and pipeline conversionMeet monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and opportunity creationRequired Skills & Qualifications:5 plus years of inside sales or lead generation experience in the pharma/lifesciences services industryStrong understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, or related domains (RIM, ICSR, Aggregate Reporting, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with global clients (especially US, EU markets)Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platformsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentlyNice to Have:Experience working in/with regulatory consulting or PV outsourcing companiesFamiliarity with service delivery models (FSP, project-based, technology-enabled services)Participation in global industry events or webinars
