Lead Generation & ProspectingConduct market research to identify potential customers across key sectors: technology, education, healthcare, retail, and moreUtilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and HubSpot/Salesforce to build and manage prospect listsInitiate outbound communication (emails, calls, social outreach) to engage new leadsQualify leads based on their needs, challenges, and alignment with our solutions2. Pipeline Building & NurturingCollaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to execute outreach campaignsBook meetings and demos for BDMs and Account Managers by crafting persuasive messagingFollow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel3. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Track KPIs such as emails sent, calls made, meetings booked, and conversion ratesShare insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends with the leadership teamKey QualificationsExperience & Education:1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or inside sales roles in a B2B tech or digital services companyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldSkills & Attributes:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to grasp complex technology offerings and translate them into client valueResilience, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindsetBasic understanding of digital marketing, app/website development, or AI solutions is a plusTools Proficiency:CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar)Outreach: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, LushaCommunication: Email, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack
