With a strong commitment to innovation and a user-first approach, Illumine is transforming early education through smart technology and seamless digital experiencesYour Role in Our StoryWe’re looking for a creative, community-driven Social Media & Community Manager who will lead our social presence, build meaningful engagement across platforms, and drive brand awareness through webinars, events, and community-building initiatives. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, social strategy, and education.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementOwn and execute the end-to-end social media strategy for illumine across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)Create engaging content that resonates with childcare providers, educators, and parentsManage a content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand voice and campaign goalsMonitor trends and conversations to create timely, relevant contentAnalyze and report performance metrics, optimizing content for engagement and reachWebinar & Event MarketingPlan, promote, and manage monthly/quarterly webinars for educators and childcare directorsCollaborate with internal teams to develop topics, source speakers, and manage event logisticsOwn webinar promotion strategy across email, social, and partnershipsTrack registrations, attendance, and post-event engagement to drive lead generationCommunity BuildingBuild and nurture a vibrant online community of childcare professionalsEngage with users in comments, groups, and DMs to foster authentic relationshipsLaunch and manage private groups/forums (e.g. Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups) for Illumine users and followersOrganize community campaigns such as teacher appreciation drives, spotlight stories, and user-generated contentWe’d Love to See you superpowers3–5 years of experience in social media, community management, or event marketing (experience in SaaS is a bonus)A storyteller at heart — you know how to make content informative, warm, and share-worthyHands-on with social scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) and webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom, Demio, or similar)Comfortable owning and growing engagement KPIsEmpathetic, collaborative, and passionate about education and early childhood spacesA self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teamsLocation: Indiranagar, Bengaluru, INPowered by People, Backed by PerksCompetitive salaryFlexible working hoursCollaborative and inclusive workspaceOpportunities for Growth & ImpactEnjoy opportunities to grow and make a real impact on our brand.Work in a supportive environment where your ideas and skills are valued.Send us: Your resume Links to 1–3 social media campaigns you’ve led or contributed to (with a brief note on your role)A brief SoP for webinars detailing internal set-ups, pre-webinar promotions and post-webinar follow-ups
