Bench Sales Marketing PositionRole & ResponsibilitiesMust have good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales recruiting and marketing process.A qualified candidate must have min 1 to 3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.Should have good understanding of various US work authorizations (OPT/CPT/All Kinds of EAD’s/USC)Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, career builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Diva, Email groups and also portals.Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench.Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely mannerMust have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be a good team player and result driven.Build a strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, and leverage the existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.Position: Bench Sales Marketing Type: Permanent(Full Time) Location: Remote Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday-Friday(Permanent night shifts) Email your resume at sana@
