Immediate or Early Joiners OnlyA US Based IT MNC is looking for Project Manager who has experience of implementing ERP in Banking Domain.Their Client is a Reputed Bank who are looking for Seasoned Project Manager in ERP space.You will play pivotal role in leading strategic transformation across the organization. You will oversee Bank's enterprise-wide ERP implementation program.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Sage is added advantage, though not mandatory.Work Mode: RemoteShift Timings: 5:30 PM - 1: 30 AM (Indian Time)Requirements:Education & Experience· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, change management, information technology, or a related field.· Minimum of 10 years' experience leading business, regulatory, and technology transformations within the banking or financial services sector.· Demonstrated success in designing and leading Project functions.Certifications & Skills· Professional change management designation (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Certified Change Management Professional) or relevant academic qualifications.· Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Practitioner).· Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.· Experience working in cross-cultural and cross-jurisdictional environments.Leadership & Personal Attributes· Proven track record in building and mentoring high-performance teams.· Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.· Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementProject Portfolio ManagementProject Delivery & Risk ManagementChange Management & CommunicationTeam Development & Performance ManagementStrategic Oversight & Governance
