About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. Inthis role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient, scalable, and secureinfrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in DevOps bestpractices, strong experience with Azure services, and an overall professional background of 4-5years in software engineering, IT infrastructure, or related fields.Key Responsibilities●Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure onMicrosoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networkingcomponents.●CI/CD Implementation: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuousdelivery pipelines using Azure DevOps (or similar toolchains), optimizing workflows forspeed and reliability.●Automation & Scripting: Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as ARMTemplates, Terraform, or Ansible to streamline deployments and reduce manualoverhead.●Containerization & Orchestration: Work with Docker and Kubernetes (Azure KubernetesService preferred) to containerize applications and manage distributed workloads.●Monitoring & Alerting: Set up and maintain monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor,Application Insights, or other tools. Develop metrics and alerts to proactively identifyissues and optimize performance.●Security & Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to ensure systems meetorganizational and regulatory standards. Implement best practices around accesscontrol, data protection, and network security within Azure.●Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with software engineers, QA, and productteams to ensure seamless integration, rapid delivery, and a high level of quality for allsoftware releases.●Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve technical issues acrosscloud-based environments, participating in on-call rotations to support productionsystems.Required Skills & Qualifications●Professional Experience: 4-5 years of overall experience in software development, IToperations, systems engineering, or a related field.●Azure Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Azure services(VMs, Storage, Networking, AKS, Azure DevOps, etc.).●CI/CD Knowledge: Strong familiarity with continuous integration and continuousdeployment concepts, including pipelines and version control systems (Git).●Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with one or more IaC tools (e.g., Terraform,ARM Templates, Ansible) to automate environment provisioning and management.●Containerization: Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms likeKubernetes (preferably AKS).●Scripting: Ability to write and maintain scripts in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, orPython for automation and tooling.●Monitoring & Logging: Experience with setting up application performance monitoring,logging, and alerting in Azure (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).●Security Best Practices: Working knowledge of cloud security principles, includingidentity and access management, encryption, and network security groups.●Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and theability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.Nice-to-Have Skills●Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400) or related DevOpscertifications.●Additional Cloud Experience: Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.●SQL/NoSQL Databases: Knowledge of database configuration and administration onAzure (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).●Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments, participating in sprintsand scrum ceremonies.What We Offer●Competitive Compensation:  ₹10–15 LPA (depending on experience), plus benefits.●Professional Growth: Opportunities for continued learning, certification support, andcareer advancement.●Collaborative Culture: Work with a dynamic, cross-functional team that values innovationand transparency.●Flexible Environment: Hybrid or remote work options (depending on location and projectrequirements).If you’re passionate about leveraging Azure to build reliable, scalable, and secure solutions, wewould love to hear from you.
