GTM Engineer (Outbound & Data Integration Specialist) Compensation: USD 1,000 – 4,000 per month (based on experience)We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Engineer to join our team and drive our outbound and data integration efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and optimizing multi-channel outbound systems and integrating various data sources to enhance our outreach capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice AI agents.Engineer data workflows and lead generation pipelines using tools like Clay, NAN, and , ensuring seamless integration of data sources, including Google GIS APIs.Create compelling offers and value propositions that resonate with prospects, driving engagement and conversion.Analyze customer pain points and conduct in-depth data research to inform and refine outreach strategies.Maintain data hygiene and ensure all leads are properly managed within our CRM.Required Qualifications:Proven proficiency in using Clay, NAN, and for data-driven outbound initiatives.Experience with integrating various APIs and webhooks, including Google GIS APIs.Strong understanding of multi-channel outbound strategies and data engineering to support lead generation.Ability to craft effective offers and analyze sales and marketing metrics to improve ROI.How to Apply:Submit a single PDF containing your résumé and a 3-slide portfolio showcasing outbound systems you have built (include screenshots and metrics).We will respond within 72 hours if you are shortlisted.
