Job Title: Presales Engineer - Networking and Security ProductsJob Summary:Presales Engineer to join our team and provide technical expertise in networking and security products like Aruba, Cisco, FortiGate , Palo Alto and Juniper. The Presales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking and security products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers in the design and implementation of networking and security solutions.- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking and security technologies and trends.Qualifications:- Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales engineering or similar roles.- Excellent understanding of networking and security technologies, including Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper products.- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), or Aruba Certified Design Professional (ACDP), are preferred.
