The role involves maintaining product consistency, overseeing hygiene practices, and conducting audits in line with FSSAI and internal standards. Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintainquality standardsacross production processes. Ensurecompliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISOand other regulatory norms. Conduct routinein-process quality checks , final product sampling, and documentation. Investigate customer complaints and implementcorrective/preventive actions . Coordinate with the production team forquality assurance during raw material handling, processing, and packaging . Maintainrecords, logs, and batch-wise reportsfor traceability and audits. Conductinternal audits, GMP checks , and hygiene inspections. Assist intraining staffon quality control procedures and food safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inFood Technology, Microbiology, or related field . 1–3 years of experiencein a food processing unit (preferably frozen foods). Strong knowledge ofFSSAI norms , HACCP principles, and food safety regulations. Familiarity withlab testing methods , microbiological parameters, and packaging quality. Proficient inreporting, documentation, and MS Office tools . Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Candidates:Experience infrozen food productssuch as burger patties, spring rolls, momos, etc. Candidates fromAmbala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, or nearby areas .
