Preparing RFP & scope documents for appointing team of design consultants Prepare project brief and design control documents to ensure code and stationery compliance of design. Coordinate with International and local architects, structure and MEP consultants Responsible for taking all building plan approvals including MC, AAI, CFO, MoEF, IGBC etc Manage in house design team and prepare area statements, FSI statements, check project efficiencies and approve drawings/submittals by the various design consultants Track monitor pre-construction timelines, design deliveries and building plan approvals to avoid project delays. Undertake project feasibility for potential properties or new acquisition. KEY SKILLS: Knowledge of latest market trends in architectural design and technology essential.
