Performance Marketing Manager Location: Gurugram (In-office) Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead Performance marketing efforts across key e-commerce platforms . The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing spend allocation, managing platform partnerships, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ROI to accelerate business growth. Roles and Responsibilities 1.Strategy Development • Define and implement performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI. • Allocate spends effectively across platforms based on business targets and market trends. • Plan actions based on platform-wise market share to optimize business performance. 2.Vendor & Platform Management • Coordinate with agency partners and platform category teams. • Conduct monthly performance reviews with internal category and business stakeholders. • Drive visibility initiatives in collaboration with platform teams. 3.Analytics & Reporting • Analyse category-level insights and translate them into actionable strategies. • Utilize platform tools such as AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) and Flipkart’s marketing suite. • Develop performance dashboards and reports covering KPIs like conversions, gross value, and campaign impact. • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate insights across marketing, sales, product, and customer data. Qualification Required • Bachelor’s or Master ‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. • At least four years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a consumer tech, D2C, or FMCG environment. • Having experience in running different AD campaigns on E-commerce platforms i.e. Amazon and Flipkart is a must. • Proficiency in platform marketing tools (AMS, Flipkart Iris, etc.) and data analytics platforms. • Strong analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
