Company Description We are a growing venture aiming to  disrupt the Indian semiconductor ecosystem  through strategic distribution, sourcing, and innovation. As India ramps up domestic chip production, we're exploring opportunities to  build robust supply networks  for indigenous chips – especially RISC-V, memory, and power electronics – targeting small and mid-sized buyers, labs, and startups across the country. Role Description: As a Semiconductor Industry Consultant , you will serve as a strategic advisor to help us establish and grow a distribution-led business in the Indian semiconductor ecosystem. You will guide sourcing, go-to-market strategy, vendor relationships, and market penetration – especially focused on Indian-made chips and emerging demand from MSMEs, R&D labs, and IoT/edge startups. Your deep technical expertise and marketing insight will directly shape our partnerships, product positioning, and expansion roadmap. What We're Looking For: An experienced Semiconductor Industry Consultant  who can guide us on: Understanding India’s fabless and manufacturing ecosystem Identifying and evaluating sourcing partnerships (e.g., InCore, Polymatech, Mindgrove, CDIL, Sahasra, etc.) Structuring distribution models, including MSME/channel go-to-market strategies Navigating government policy, PLI schemes, and vendor certifications Engaging academic and R&D labs, startups, and institutional buyers Has 20–25 years of experience in semiconductor marketing, particularly B2B and OEM engagement Possesses strong technical knowledge of chip design, packaging, or fabrication processes Ideal Candidate Has: 5–25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (design, packaging, testing, sales, or strategy) Deep network across Indian chip firms, OSATs, or the RISC-V ecosystem Proven record in driving chip adoption and working with electronics supply chains Experience consulting early-stage ventures or SMEs is a plus Clear communication, execution focus, and a builder’s mindset Why Join Us: Be part of India’s semiconductor transformation Shape a low-investment, high-impact model with national scalability Flexible, founder-friendly collaboration Potential for equity/advisory board engagement for the right fit Interested?
