Key objectives of the job Build and implement people systems that attract, retain, and develop talent in line with organizational values and growth. Ensure effective administration and infrastructure (physical and digital) support across locations. Lead and future-proof IT systems to enable secure, efficient, and hybrid ways of working. Serve as a key internal enabler, ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to deliver effectively. Major deliverables People (HR) Systems and Practice: Implement robust systems for recruitment, onboarding, performance, retention, and exit. Ensure timely, fair, and compliant HR processes. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and performance management processes. Employee Engagement, Well-being & Culture in Practice: Lead structured employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Run feedback mechanisms (surveys, check-ins) and act on insights. Embed organizational values into HR practices in partnership with Strategy & OD Lead. Reinforce inclusive, values-driven workplace behaviors and rituals. Learning & Leadership Development Execute L&D plans aligned to team and organizational needs. Monitor learning journeys and mandatory trainings completion. Facilitate leadership development and capacity building initiatives. Administration and Infrastructure Management: Manage facilities, hygiene, procurement, stocks, travel and hotel bookings, across locations. Maintain SOPs for quality, cost-effectiveness, and consistency. Provide admin for programmes and events. Lead infrastructure safety, crisis response, and risk management. IT Systems & Support: Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure and support. Strengthen data privacy, access control, and compliance. Promote digital adoption for collaboration, knowledge management, and operational efficiency. Future-proof IT systems by staying abreast of tech trends. Internal Enablement & Service Delivery Ensure timely access to tools, systems, and support for all employees. Set and monitor service standards for HR, Admin, and IT. Continuously improve internal systems in collaboration with teams. Desired work experience Minimum 15 years of total work experience. Minimum 5 years in a strategic leadership role. Currently in a leadership role in a non-profit organization leading Human Resources & Administration. Other desired attributes Experience in leading learning journeys and leadership development initiatives. Working knowledge of IT systems, data security, and digital tools to support hybrid work environments. Location - Mumbai Salary range 25 lakhs plus reimbursements (depending on qualification and years of experience)
