Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chandigarh. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and training sales personnel. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting market research, generating leads, and closing sales. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to develop and conduct Training programs for sales personnel Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Proficiency in market research and lead generation Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
