About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role requires a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital and print media including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, packaging, and advertisements. Lead the visual development of marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to deliver cohesive and impactful visual content. Take ownership of projects from ideation to final delivery, including planning, design, revisions, and production. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers or freelancers when needed. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team output. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual presence. Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and illustrators to ensure high-quality production. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and color theory. Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills. A compelling portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience with UI/UX design and tools like Figma or Sketch. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles. Familiarity with branding, storytelling, and marketing strategy. Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
