Truly Desi is a premium dairy brand offering unadulterated, farm-fresh dairy products made from cow and buffalo milk. We focus on health-conscious, ethical, and quality-first consumers across Pune and Mumbai via quick commerce, home delivery, and premium retail. We’re now looking to scale our BTL outreach to acquire new customers across housing societies, gyms, flea markets, and wellness events. Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Executives who will be responsible for executing BTL (Below-the-Line) activities to acquire new customers. This is an on-ground role involving activations in residential societies, gyms, wellness clubs, and local events to promote Truly Desi’s dairy products and convert prospects into subscribers. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct door-to-door promotions, society activations, and sampling campaigns • Set up product kiosks, distribute product samples, and engage with potential customers • Explain Truly Desi's product benefits, quality assurance, and subscription model • Capture leads and convert them into paying customers • Coordinate with team leads for campaign planning and daily reporting • Maintain cleanliness and brand compliance at stalls or booths • Handle stock and product samples during events • Report customer feedback and suggestions to the marketing and product team • Support logistics team in minor deliveries or customer onboarding when required Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–3 years of field sales or promotional work (FMCG/Dairy preferred) • Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English • Ability to build rapport quickly and explain product features confidently • Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork, including weekends • Physically fit and able to carry samples and small setup equipment • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Preferred but Not Mandatory: • Two-wheeler and valid driving license • Experience with subscription-based product sales • Familiarity with key residential areas and societies in Pune Perks & Benefits: • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives • On-the-job training in dairy product knowledge and customer handling • Opportunities to grow into team lead or sales manager roles • Travel allowances for campaign days • Employee discount on Truly Desi products Work Schedule: • 6 Days a week (Weekends may involve events) • Flexible timings depending on campaign hours • Field-based with reporting to the Sales Manager Join Us If You Are: • Passionate about promoting healthy and ethical food products • Enjoy interacting with people and converting leads into loyal customers • Looking to build your career in FMCG, dairy, or customer-focused sales roles
