Key Responsibilities ∙ Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, Etsy, 1stDibs, and Amazon (titles, images, tags, inventory) ∙ Improve UX/UI on Shopify with a mobile-first approach and performance-focused updates ∙ Ensure daily marketplace activity to boost algorithm ranking and visibility ∙ Conduct SEO audits, A/B testing, and implement CRO strategies for listings ∙ Maintain consistent, brand-aligned product content and visuals ∙ Coordinate creation and upload of optimized product images ∙ Sync inventory and shipping details across all platforms; flag discrepancies ∙ Monitor returns, delivery timelines, and customer communication quality ∙ Track reviews, resolve escalations, and apply customer feedback ∙ Use templates or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for efficient and premium responses ∙ Oversee freelancers and junior support for listing, formatting, and backend updates ∙ Follow through on directives from founders and brand managers ∙ Track key KPIs (AOV, CAC, CR, bounce rates, inventory health) weekly ∙ Generate actionable reports from Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketplaces ∙ Align updates and campaigns with marketing and content teams. Your Core Responsibilities ● Own and scale our Shopify storefront performance: CRO, UX, mobile speed, conversion. ● Define and implement ecommerce growth strategy across organic, paid, CRM, and referrals. ● Oversee and continuously improve tracking stack: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI. ● Drive analytics reporting and dashboards (Zoho, Looker Studio, or similar). ● Lead the optimization of product pages, homepage, navigation, and checkout flows. ● Manage the Shopify app stack (e.g., AfterSell, Klaviyo, reviews, subscriptions). ● Run structured A/B testing, multivariate testing, and usability audits. ● Collaborate with our developer (Liquid expert) on theme speed, schema, and SEO markup. ● Align content, keywords, and SEO best practices across collections and PDPs. ● Maintain feed integrity for Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, and email integrations. ● Ensure compliance with privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA) and cookie management. ● Lead conversion rate optimization: from cart logic to post-purchase flows. ● Monitor bounce rate, session time, and product engagement. ● Own and improve product catalog: tags, variants, meta fields, SEO titles/descriptions. ● Champion agile workflows using Zoho Projects (optionally JIRA).
