Role : Technical Manager / Cluster Leader with good expertise in MarTech Location: Pan India Experience: 10+ Years Technology Strategy & Innovation Define and execute the cluster-level MarTech roadmap aligned with global digital strategy Lead the evaluation and implementation of new MarTech platforms and tools (e.g., CDPs, DMPs, CMS, DAM, personalization engines, A/B testing tools) Ensure scalable and compliant solutions, supporting both global standards and local nuances Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between cluster marketing teams, IT, product teams, and external vendors Translate marketing needs into technical requirements; ensure proper implementation and adoption Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration Platform Governance & Integration Oversee the integration and governance of CX platforms like DxPs , Salesforce, GA4, Tealium, etc. Ensure consistent data taxonomies, tagging strategies, and consent frameworks across all markets Manage end-to-end campaign tech stack, ensuring interoperability and data flow across platforms Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, analysts, and platform specialists within the cluster Foster a culture of agile experimentation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing Build internal capabilities around self-service MarTech tools, AI assistants, and co-pilot usage Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Digital Systems, or related field 8–12+ years of experience in digital or MarTech roles, with 3–5+ years in a leadership or cluster/regional role Proven expertise in tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Strong understanding of marketing workflows, personalization, journey orchestration, and consent management Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologie
